Ingredients

  • Pigeon Peas Rice – Check recipe here
  • Baked Chicken
  • 2 Chicken Breasts

  • Adobo – use enough to cover the full breast

  • Rubbed Sage – use enough to cover the full breast

  • Caesar Salad
  • 1 head of Romaine Lettuce

  • Croutons – to taste

  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese – to taste

  • 2 tsp of minced garlic – you can add more or less if you want

  • Black pepper – to taste

  • Caesar dressing – to taste

Directions

  • Baked Chicken
  • If they’re large chicken breasts, cut them in half so they cook easier, then set the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a pan and place them in the over for 25 minutes
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • Caesar salad
  • Chop the lettuce and toss it into a bowl alongside all the other ingredients and mix well
