1 cup of Jasmine rice
2 cups of onion soup (water substitute)
1 chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Directions
- Add oil and the onions to a pot and bring it to a medium/high heat. Let the onions cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the 2 cups of onion soup and bring it to a boil. Touch with a pinch a salt.
- Once boiling add the rice and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Bring the heat a low temperature and cover the rice. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
