1 cup of Jasmine rice
2 cups of water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of Recaito (Culantro Cooking Base)
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Directions
- Add the 2 cups of water, the oil and the recaito in a pot. Mix it and bring to a boil. Touch with a pinch of salt.
- Once boiling add the rice and the sazon. Mix it and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Bring the heat to a low temperature and cover the rice. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
